The idea behind XSKATE FIT is simple. Combining fitness & skating, making it a fun and effective workout for anyone who can skate, no matter your age, ability or discipline. XSKATE FIT consists of off-ice, on-ice and roller exercises for all skaters or anyone who wants to get skater fit. We also offer health & wellness courses including our posture 101 course, nutrition e-book and new injury prevention course.

My passion for skating started 23 years ago at a little ice rink in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since then, I became a gold medalist through the US Figure Skating Association, a senior rated group instructor through the Professional Skater's Association, an international professional show skater, certified personal trainer & performance enhancement specialist.
With over 10 years of experience coaching skaters of all ages and abilities, I know how essential fitness training regimens are for the sport. I created XSKATE FIT because I wanted to create an all-inclusive, mind and body positive community for all skaters worldwide who share a passion for fitness and skating.
Taylor Rossi, PT, DPT Instructor
Hi! I'm Taylor. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in performing arts, dancers, and figure skaters. I competed nationally and internationally in artistic roller figure skating in the US for 15 years and have over 30 national and international titles. As a physical therapist, I am passionate about helping performance athletes prevent injury, optimize performance, and rehab from injuries safely so they come back to their sport or the stage stronger than ever.
In the figure skating world, I've experienced a lack of knowledge about injury care, conditioning required for the sport, and optimal rest and nutrition to combat overtraining, and I hope to be part of the solution to help you excel as a skater!
